June 2006— All IGBO Representatives:
It is time for the Summer Mail-In Tournament for the IGBO Mid Year tournament in Detroit, MI, for those of you that have summer leagues. The tournament will take place during 2 consecutive weeks July 9, 2006 through July 22, 2006. If your league has any problem with this schedule (ESPECIALLY SINCE SOME OF YOUR BOWLERS MAY BE GOING TO THE GAY GAMES), please feel free to contact me and we can agree on a 2-week period that works for YOUR summer league.
Above you will find an entry form. Please photo copy this and distribute to your league members. It is your responsibility to collect the money and get a statistic sheet from your league secretary for average verification as of 5/31/06. This must be submitted with entry forms. And as an incentive, for every league that submits 20 or more entries from their league, both the Representative and the League Secretary may enter for free! IGBO appreciates every effort on your part as the IGBO representative to not only support the mail-in tournament but to also use this as a tool to promote IGBO and make it visible to your local league members.
