Please note the due date for league and tournament renewals is approaching. To ensure this is not overlooked, renewal instructions and reminders will begin in August. The online renewal process was very successful last year and will be repeated again. Each league and tournament IGBO Representative will receive instructions via email for the online process. If your IGBO Representative has changed since October 2007, please contact the IGBO Secretary to update your IGBO Rep information before August 14 2008.
Over the course of September your Regional Director will be contacting you to answer any questions, as well as facilitate your renewal processing. The goal is to have all renewals completed by October 1 2008, this allow plenty of time to update our membership records prior to the Mid Year 2008 General Membership meeting on Friday November 14 in San Diego, California. Our IGBO family has grown over many years, updating our membership records now takes a good deal of time. To assist the Regional Directors, on October 1 2008 the IGBO Secretary and Treasurer will begin contacting leagues or tournaments who have not paid to answer any remaining questions. A $50 late fee will be assessed for late payments.
Your Regional Director will be your first point of contact for all questions and assistance, however feel free to contact me should I be able to assist at secretary@igbo.org
