Greetings I hope this finds you well and keeping warm.
With our IGBO Annual in Atlanta fast approaching, please remember spring 2008 will see another distribution of the IGBO information package to all IGBO Representatives prior to the Atlanta meetings. This information will be pushed via email again, with hardcopy mailed upon request. Take time to review all information. Most importantly, PLEASE return your proxy forms if you are unable to attend the Annual event. Make your voice heard in your absence via your proxy vote! Refer all questions to your IGBO Regional Director.
IGBO Reps and Alt Reps, please keep us up to date with any changes to your mailing address and email address. Send all change notifications to us at secretary@igbo.org Even if nothing has changed, please take a moment and send us an email confirming your contact information just to be certain your meeting materials reach you in a timely manner.
As we look forward to coming together in Atlanta, I would like to remind you the Friday General Membership meeting is open to everyone. Although only the league and tournament IGBO Representatives may vote on issues, please drop in on the meeting and see how IGBO business is conducted.
