Please Note: Team captains must have required items described to the left available before you can submit your IGBO Mid-Year 2009 Syracuse tournament application online. The same is required when completing IGBO Mid-Year 2009 Syracuse's paper entry form. For your convenience, we validate your online form data and note missing items needed before actually processing your registration form.

Entries submitted online after midnight October 2, 2009 (Mountain) are assessed a $10.00 late fee for each bowler registered. Instead of $99 on your bowler fee breakdown, $109 is listed. Like all other online entries, fees must be paid immediately by credit card to complete registration process.
