GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING DOCUMENTS
IGBO REP PACKETS AND FORMS
Each year at the Annual Tournament, the General Membership meets to conduct IGBO business, including bylaw votes, elections, site selection, and other decisions.
Attendees will receive an email with all relevant documents 30 days prior to the meeting.
If you are unable to attend, please submit a request to assign a proxy to represent your league or tournament. Proxies help us meet quorum requirements. You may also choose to submit an absentee vote for site selection only.
Please note:
- Absentee votes apply only to site selection and do not count toward quorum.
- Select either a proxy or an absentee ballot, not both.
- If both are submitted, the proxy will take precedence and the absentee ballot will be invalid.
If you know you will not be attending, please use the link to the right to submit your selection.
