As we approach the end of October, we want to remind all leagues and tournaments that the official deadline for IGBO membership renewal is October 31, 2025. However, since that date falls on a Friday, we’re extending the deadline to Monday, November 3, 2025 to give everyone a little extra time to complete the renewal process.
Renewing on time ensures your league or tournament continues to enjoy the full benefits of IGBO membership for the 2026 season.

🚨 What Happens If You Miss the Deadline?
If your renewal is not completed by Monday, November 3, 2025, your league or tournament will no longer be considered an IGBO member. This means:
- Loss of access to all benefits listed above
- Requirement to reapply for membership
- Reinstatement subject to a vote at the next General Membership Meeting
This deadline is essential to help us order end-of-season awards on time and meet other organizational timelines that support our members and events.
